In this episode, I give moms of ALL ages and stages ideas for how to reclaim solitude in their own lives: it can seem impossible, yes, but I am here to tell you - it IS!
I am giving you permission to schedule solitude in your life. That is the first step of allowing your mind, emotions and body to rest every once in a while!
